An orientation package with lots of info about Huron and the Theology community, orientation events will go out by email this week. In the meantime, you can find basic information, such as parking passes, tuition, your personal tuition owed, Theology calendar of events, etc., on this website...
Course registration packages were emailed out to new students and those who completed the "intent to register" in Feb/March. If you have received no email, please contact the Office at srice@uwo.ca.
The new curriculum is on line; however, those who began their program before September 2010, should consult this page for instructions on course selection for the upcoming year.

Check in the Student Centre (student.uwo.ca), but look under "View My Class Schedule" or "View Academic Summary." They won't appear under "Grade Report" until after the school year is complete, in June. During the adjudication period, your marks will not appear at all.

You are invited to attend on Thursday, May 6 at 4:30 p.m. (new time), and to the Graduation Eucharist at 10:30 in the Chapel.

You will have received an email about this. All first-year theology students (or others who need help) should attend a session to complete this form on line. All others should complete this by March 31. This lets UWO/Huron know your intended program/year for next year, and without it, you will not receive registration packages in June. Details here. Please note that if you wish to change degrees, e.g., switch from MTS to M.Div., you must also apply using the application forms. The email also included information about Program Module Sessions which are only for Bachelor's students.
If you hope to graduate from the M.Div. or MTS degrees on May 6, 2010, you MUST "Apply to Graduate" online with the Registrar's office by MARCH 15. This is a firm deadline! B.Th. and MA students will also "Apply to Graduate" in this way for their own convocation ceremonies.
You should print this income tax receipt for your tuition by logging into the Student Services website. They should be available by the end of February.

Download this form to take with you to the doctor. If the assignment/test is worth more than 10%, present the form and a petition to Dean of Theology's office. If the work is worth less, contact the instructor per your course outline. The details of the regulation are here. The form is here. Run it off now, so you don't have to search for it when you're not well. Those who will seek medical help at UWO's health services, instead need to take a permission to release info form along. These are available at Student Services office at Huron.

All students are issued a UWO e-mail address. You must activate and use this address--or simply forward it to another e-mail address. More info
Does the e-mail address to which you forwarded your UWO mail still exist? Some e-mail to students cannot be delivered because of this. Please check.
Make sure you change your address on the UWO Registrar's website and let the Theology Office know too!
