The Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies, or BMOS, (formerly Administrative and Commercial Studies) is a business program dedicated to the proven philosophy that students are best equipped for careers in business and commerce when their academic training combines a strong foundation in the social sciences with conventional business subjects. The recent restructuring (May, 2006) of the MOS program acknowledges the program's strong emphasis on business education and better reflects what the program has to offer students.

Students may enter the MOS Specializations directly from high school. Or students may enter the MOS program after successful completion of first year requirements by combining a major in the Faculty of Arts and Social Science (FASS) with a major module in Management and Organizational Studies, Accounting, or Organizational and Human Resources.
