Check Your Admission Status Online

Offers of admission to Huron will appear on the online Student Center at Western University before being sent to the OUAC (Ontario Universities' Application Centre).

To access Student Center, applicants must have their:
· Western Student ID (printed at the top of any correspondence from Huron)
· OUAC Reference Number (six digits following the year)
· Date of Birth.

Note: Completing the steps on this webpage also activates your Western email account.

Step #1

Note your Western Student ID.

This is a nine-digit number and normally begins with 250.

Step #2

Obtain your Western Access Code.

Instructions for obtaining your Western Access Code are located at

https://studentservices.uwo.ca/secure/AccessCode

Click "Applicants Please Click Here." You will be required to have your Western Student ID and your OUAC Reference Number (six digits following the year).

Ensure that your pop-up box feature is configured for all pop-ups from Western.

Step #3

Activate your Western Identity (to access your Student Center and Western e-mail).

You will need to activate your Western Identity first in order to obtain a User ID and password at

https://idm.uwo.ca/uwo/activate/activateAccountController.jsp

Please read and follow the instructions carefully.

Step #4

Access your Student Center information.
