Lawrence Hill addresses Graduands

Canadian author Lawrence Hill was awarded the 2012 Huron University College Medal of Distinction at the Celebration of Graduands on June 18th and addressed the graduands at the ceremony held in the Kingsmill Room.
This prestigious award, presented annually to an individual chosen by a selection committee, is given to distinguished individuals in recognition of their exemplary lifetime contributions to scholarship, public service and local community, and is in keeping with Huron's purposes and mission.
