Techniques to Find Balance Between Work & Life

Achieving happiness at school, at work and at home is a balancing act that requires a careful consideration of priorities and the courage to make tough choices. From busy students to overwhelmed new parents, this workshop teaches participants how to juggle competing priorities and effectively manage their time.
This event will feature Bethany Butzer, Ph.D and is sponsored by the Huron Mature Student Advisory Committee.
